JMF is pleased to offer the following Business Proposal to our Clients. The Company will start the process to acquire and develop a buildable Land Lot and complete all architectural and pre-construction work including Surveying, Geotech, Permitting, and stage construction to build a affordable luxury single-family home soon after construction plans are approved by the Building department.
The project Schedule shows approximately 6-8 weeks for development to complete architectural design, all Engineering services including surveyors, geotechnical, environmental impact and permitting. The construction schedule is set at 5 ½ months to completion including final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy. The project completion from the Letter of Intent to buy the land to the final construction schedule is estimated to be 7 to 9 Months.
